Videon till låten Planet B (2012) går att finna längre ner på sidan. Låten dokumenterar demonstrationen under klimattoppmötet i Köpenhamn 2009 och skrevs efter att Erik varit där och demonstrerat.
Erik Wennergren is a singer/songwriter from Undersåker, Sweden. He has previously released the albums Tales From The Earth (2012) and Where My Dreams grow (2015). His inspiration comes from traveling around the world as well as in his own mind. His own songs are about life and the world we all share. They deal with philosophical / spiritual matters as well as environmental issues. Musically, the inspiration often comes from music from the 60's, such as The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Neil Young, Bob Dylan and many others. Mostly, Erik performs on his own, sometimes supported by a loop-station, but also in smaller constellations as well as with a band. He also does troubadour gigs where he plays songs by some of his favorite artists (The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Neil Young, Elvis, Bob Dylan etc.) Erik is also bass player in the Led Zeppelin Tribute Band Hindenburg.
On the 13th of June 2012 Erik released his debute single Planet B along with a music video:
Planet B was written after the global conference on sustainability, Cop 15, and was released the same week as the following conference, Rio +20. The idea was to raise awareness about the environment..
On the 25th of August 2012 came Erik's debute album Tales From The Earth. It was released world wide on channels such as Spotify, Wimp, I-Tunes and eMusic as well as on CD.
Tales From The Earth was recorded by Gustav Hylén at Home Studio in Revsund, Jämtland.
